1stAffordableContractor.com was formed in late 1960's as initially a residential painting company. It was built on quality work and showing up when your suppose to. We never had to advertise and we are still getting calls today from customers we had a long time ago. One of the founders Chad Ciciotte decided to expand the business to include all phases of construction, specializing in residential work. Built on quality and trust, we are becoming ever increasingly popular.
Now you can find us doing work all over the place in Orange County, South LA County and Riverside counties.
We have liability insurance for 1 MILLION dollars.
